'Ropes Crossing represents an outstanding example of innovative thinking by the developer. Delfin Lend lease have created a carefully considered and well-resourced service that has been extremely successful not only in the service it provides but in demonstrating their corporate commitment to a disadvantaged community. The 87% success rate in finding 333 jobs is outstanding as is the interest generated in training and the linkages back to the development itself.This project is an extremely important example of how the industry can demonstrate its corporate responsibility and commitment to the broader community.'
