FREE - SENIOR FIRST AID COURSE - Saturday 17th March 2012 at the Ropes Corssing Community Resource Hub. If you are interested in attending this one day course please contact Jan or Kim at Skilling and Employment on 02 9673 1225. (Small booking fee applies) - there is also a manual and questionare that will need to be completed prior to the one day course.
INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTERS
Find your way around a computer, create simple documents, send and receive emails and learn to use the internet.

To enrol you will need to attend and Enrolment and Information Session on Wednesday on 1st February 2012 at 1pm at the Community Centre.
Courses will run at the Community Centre at Illawong Avenue on Wednesdays 12:30 - 3:30pm from 8th February through to 20th June 2012.

Blacktown College will be running various courses starting in February 2012.

FREE COURSE - Introductory Office Skills. (Cert I in Access to Work & Training)
Course will cover computer skills including prpearing word documents and developing keyboard skills, telephone skills and communicating with clietns and work readiness skills.
This course will be held at Cranebrook Neighbourhood Centre, Hoskings Street, Cranebrook.
Every Friday 12:15pm to 2:45pm from February till June 2012
An information and Enrolment Session will be held on Friday 10 February 12 noon. (Classes to start the following week)

This course will help you to explore choices and options, identify your interests and skills, think about new things you would like to learn and make you feel more confident about the future.

When you complete this course you can apply for entry into Certificate I or Certificate II cou5rses.
